23, 2005 - The National Transportation Safety Board
("NTSB") has released its report on the large wave
that struck Norwegian Cruise Line's ("NCL") Norwegian
Dawn on April 16, 2005. After experiencing extremely rough
weather, the ship was hit by an unpredictable, large wave
near South Carolina on its return trip to New York from Miami
during a Bahamas/Florida cruise.
December 1, 2005
- Today, NCL Corporation (“NCL”) announced that
it has partnered with the Youth Environmental Programs, Inc.
to offer the Officer Snook Water Pollution Program onboard
its ships. The Officer Snook program, which launched on Norwegian
Jewel this week and will be offered exclusively on all NCL
and NCL America ships in 2006, seeks to educate young people
about the importance of clean water, and the affects of marine
pollution and ways to prevent it.

- NCL Corporation Ltd. (“NCL” or the “Company”)
reported net income of $36.6 million on total revenues of
$495.3 million for its third quarter ended September 30, 2005.
This compares to net income of $40.3 million on total revenues
of $410.9 million for the third quarter of 2004.

- NCL Corporation (NCL) has big news for the Big Apple. As
part of the line’s ongoing commitment to homeland cruising
and specifically the New York market – which Norwegian
Dawn has served since 2003 – NCL is proud to welcome
its second ship year-round, New York-based ship, Norwegian
Spirit, to her new home. The recently renovated Norwegian
Spirit features NCL’s signature Freestyle Cruising as
well as eight restaurants, 12 bars and lounges, a state-of-the-art
spa and fitness facility, a pirate-themed activity complex
for kids, a teen center, basketball court, golf driving net,
casino and conference center among other amenities.

- NCL Corporation (“NCL”) today announced that
its New York year-round ship Norwegian Spirit will join Norwegian
Dawn in her calls to Bermuda for the 2006 summer season. Norwegian
Spirit’s new 8-day itinerary will feature a day-long
call in Bermuda, an overnight stop in St. Thomas, USVI, and
a call into Tortola in the British Virgin Islands.

- NCL Corporation Ltd. has scheduled a conference call for
10 a.m. Eastern time, Tuesday, November 22, 2005, to discuss
the company's third quarter financial results, which are expected
to be released that morning.
November 11, 2005 - Today, NCL Corporation ("NCL") donated $250,000 to the American Red Cross Hurricane Katrina Disaster Relief Fund to assist in the relief and recovery efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. The money was raised through various onboard and shore side initiatives and includes donations from the company, NCL's officers and crew, its employees and from its cruise passengers across the fleet. NCL's President and CEO Colin Veitch presented the donation to J.P. Miquel, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross of Greater Miami & the Keys at the company's headquarters in Miami.

ceremony at the Port of Miami, Melania Trump christened the
world's largest gem, NCL's Norwegian Jewel. The newest vessel
in NCL's Freestyle Cruising fleet, Norwegian Jewel boasts
a luxurious suite complex plus 10 distinct restaurants, 13
bars and lounges, three swimming pools and a state-of-the-art
spa.

- MIAMI, November 2, 2005 - NCL America will welcome the new
Pride of Hawai`i to its U.S. Flagged fleet in April 2006.
She will be the largest US flagged passenger ship ever built,
and will join Pride of Aloha and Pride of America offering
seven-day, inter-island cruises visiting the beautiful 50th
state's four main islands. Pride of Hawai`i, will depart Honolulu
on Mondays and will feature the line's extremely popular itinerary
with a full day in Hilo, Hawai`i; two days in Kahului, Maui;
a day in Kona, Hawai`i and two days in Nāwiliwili, Kaua`i.

that its New York year round ship Norwegian Dawn will begin
calling into Bermuda for the 2006-2007 summer seasons. Norwegian

- MIAMI, September 6, 2005 - Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) announced
today that Norwegian Sun will move to Houston beginning October
16 to operate its exotic Western Caribbean cruises through
the January 8, 2006 cruise. The ship will then reposition
to Miami to sail one four-day cruise to the Bahamas on January
17, 2006, and sail a series of alternating seven-day Eastern
and Western Caribbean itineraries beginning January 21, 2006
through April 16, 2006.

18, 2005 - NCL America announced today it raised $250,000
during a special charity cruise on July 22 aboard Pride of
America, the second U.S.-flagged passenger ship in the company's
Hawai`i fleet. The money raised on the charity cruise benefits
three local not-for-profit organizations: Child & Family Service,
the Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement, and Kapi'olani
Children's Miracle Network. Pride of America is the largest
U.S.-flagged passenger cruise ship ever built and the first

May 3, 2005 - NCL Corporation
(“NCL”) today announced a further new ship order
with Meyer Werft, in Germany, for delivery in October 2007
to its Norwegian Cruise Line brand. The vessel, currently
referred to as hull S.670, will have a capacity of 2,384 lower
berths and be a sister to Norwegian Jewel, which is scheduled
for delivery in August of this year.
April 25, 2005 - From June 18-24,
2005, “Live with Regis and Kelly” hosts Regis
Philbin and Kelly Ripa will take on their most exciting adventure
yet, as the top morning talk show becomes the first nationally-syndicated
program to broadcast a full week of shows (airing June 20-24)
from aboard a cruise ship.

Star Seeker” guest talent competition. The winners include
Andy Xue, an eight-year-old from Plymouth, Minn., Tessa Moore,

March 16, 2005 - Today at the
Seatrade Cruise Shipping Conference in Miami Beach, NCL Corporation
unveiled the designs for four more dynamic artwork designs
for the hulls of two its new ships and two existing ships.
Norwegian Spirit, Norwegian Sun, Norwegian Jewel and Pride
of Hawai`i will all feature NCL’s signature colorful
hull artwork. Cruise passengers will see Norwegian Jewel’s
artwork in August when she is delivered, Norwegian Spirit’s
artwork in October 2005 after her dry dock, Norwegian Sun’s
artwork in April 2006 after her dry dock and Pride of Hawai`i
will sail out of the shipyard with her artwork design in the
summer of 2006.
March 16, 2005 - Today at the
Seatrade Cruise Shipping Conference in Miami Beach, NCL Corporation
(NCL) announced plans to feature Freestyle Interactive Television
(iTV) programming on Pride of America, the first new U.S.-flagged
cruise ship in almost 50 years. Debuting this June, NCL America’s
Pride of America will offer state-of-the-art digital technology
in each stateroom, allowing guests to customize their cruise
experience in the comfort and privacy of their cabin.

has been promoted to Vice President and Assistant General
Counsel. In addition, the company has added David Gilmore
and Fatima Kierski as assistant general counsels. All three

- NCL America announced today that it will hold an overnight
fund-raising cruise on July 22, 2005 to benefit three local
charities. The cruise is part of the inaugural festivities
for the arrival of the brand’s second U.S.-flagged ship,
Pride of America. The new ship, which will be based year-round
in Hawai`i, is the first new U.S.-flagged cruise ship in nearly
50 years and showcases a “Best of America” theme.

- Last week the first of 67 keel blocks for NCL America's
93,000-ton Pride of Hawai`i was laid at the Meyer Werft in
Papenburg, Germany. Han Lim, son of NCL Corporation Chairman
K.T. Lim, ceremoniously laid the traditional "lucky penny"
before the block was lowered down by the yard's 800-ton crane.
It is said to bring the ship good luck if the penny is recovered
once the keel is completed and the ship is floated in the
dry dock.

- This week, Pride of America left the dry dock at Lloyd Werft
and is now alongside the outfitting pier at the German shipyard.
Sea trials are scheduled from May 19 through May 22 and NCL
America will take delivery of Pride of America on June 6,
2005.
